What we collect
Your mobile number, which is your account. If you connect Gmail, the Google account address and an encrypted credential that lets OpenVault read and send mail on your behalf, within the limits you set. A log of what each assistant did through OpenVault: timestamps, which assistant, what kind of action, and a short summary. Never the contents of your email.
What your assistants get
Google's permission is broad; OpenVault's is narrow. Each assistant you add sees only the senders and subjects you allow, checked on every request, and nothing it sends leaves until you approve it by text. Assistants never receive your Google credential. Revoking an assistant stops its access immediately. It cannot unsend content the assistant already read.
Texts
We text you codes to sign in, requests to approve sends, and occasional status. Reply STOP to stop. While OpenVault awaits Google's verification, Gmail asks you to reconnect every 7 days; we text you the day before.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete my data revokes OpenVault's access at Google, deletes every assistant, limit and draft, and removes your account. Anonymous counts are kept. Or text REVOKE ALL to stop every assistant and revoke Google access at once.
